This course is a self-paced course which may be taken at anytime the course is open. They set the corporate culture up to fail with bad business practices that led to bankruptcy for the company and imprisonment for themselves and potentially others. These ethical check questions provide a good reference point to decide on ethical issues which arise in the contemporary Indian management.
Business ethic and corporate social responsibilities are strongly encouraged in most countries. They provide a language and conceptual framework with which one can talk and think about ethical issues. Carr compounds his error when he advises executives not to agonize over business decisions.
The owner cannot escape obligations simply by hiring someone to run the business. Attract investors and keep the company’s share price high, thereby protecting the business from takeover. One way to think about business ethics is in terms of the moral obligations of agents engaged in business activity.

Integrity means being ethically unyielding and honest and inspiring trust by saying what we mean, matching our behaviors to our words and taking responsibility for our actions.
Business ethics, according to the literature has been entrenched with the philosophical details of Ethics (Trevino ; Nelson, 1999). For example, most major corporations today promote their commitment to non-economic values under headings such as ethics codes and social responsibility charters.
